Physical Marker
High-visibility address marker placed for road-facing identification, emergency response clarity, deliveries, contractors, and guests.
Address visibility infrastructure
AVS-G1 connects roadway-visible address markers to serialized digital records for properties, installations, inspections, and future AI-assisted operations.
The system
The first product is simple: make properties easier to identify from the road and prove that each marker has a verified digital record.
High-visibility address marker placed for road-facing identification, emergency response clarity, deliveries, contractors, and guests.
Each marker receives a unique Property ID and QR destination with status, GPS location, installation date, notes, and photo history.
The next layer can support inspection alerts, missing-data checks, installer records, maintenance reminders, and pilot reporting.
The problem
Address numbers disappear at night or from one direction.
Mailboxes, trees, ditches, fences, and long driveways create confusion.
Emergency crews, delivery drivers, guests, and contractors lose time.
Most properties have no verified marker record or installation history.
Property Passport demo
A QR scan can open the exact passport page for a property, such as AVSRL-2026-00001. That page becomes the operating record for the marker and installation.
